The system concepts are individually tailored to your castings. We rely on both workpiece-guided and tool-guided solutions. The latter are used in particular for very heavy and large components – such as axle carriers for freight wagons.
Various machining spindles in different performance classes ensure optimum power transfer to the tool. In addition, stations or systems for cutting off casting flashes can be integrated into the robot cells.
