Since September 2024, the new training workshop at Mössner has offered ideal conditions for technical training. With state-of-the-art equipment, including milling machines, lathes and drilling machines, the trainees are optimally prepared for their professional future. Supported by the Erich Walter Mössner Foundation, practical skills are taught in areas such as mechatronics, industrial mechanics, electronics and CNC milling technology. ⚙️

A particular highlight was the recent visit by Mayor Jochen König from the municipality of Eschach. During his visit, he was able to see the equipment and possibilities of the training workshop for himself and learn more about Mössner’s commitment to training young skilled workers. 🤝

In addition to practical training, theoretical knowledge transfer is also supported with a digital learning platform and individual tablets in order to meet the requirements of modern industry. 📱

With an investment of around €500,000, Mössner is focusing on the skilled workers of tomorrow and strengthening its position as an innovative employer in the region.
