We are pleased to share our latest project for an aluminum manufacturer: a sawing system for the reliable cutting of aluminum plates and plate stacks.

This line cuts aluminum plate stacks up to a height of 400 mm. The process starts with a bandsaw machine that cuts the panels to size in the transverse direction. Two further bandsaw machines, which are positioned on the transport roller conveyor, cut the panels to size at the sides.

Important features of our system are:

• Automated removal of the waste cut-off pieces
• Sawing of panel stacks up to 400 mm
• Low chip production thanks to the use of band saws

This system combines modern technology and environmental awareness to make the production process more efficient.
