Because our mindset and values, such as care, precision, durability, reliability and flexibility, offer our customers crucial advantages for today and the future. This attitude and all of our experience have stood us and our customers in good stead.
Our company was founded in 1898 by August Mössner. Its focus was on the production of band saws for the efficient and precise sawing of steel and metal. Right from the very beginning we were able to bring countless developments onto the market and always set new standards for industrial tool production. These include the first band saw machine for metallic materials, the first saw bands that could be bent as well as the first automatic feeding unit.
In the late nineties, we specialised in the production of special machines with the integration of special band saw machines. The targeted developments specially for the area of processing castings, such as saw machines with the integration of robots, today form the basis of our fully automated and flexible casting processing systems. Collaboration with universities has been intensified. The associated establishment and development of our own research and development department was the logical consequence of this for us.
With our knowledge and expertise, we have developed into a pure series manufacturer and high-tech systems supplier. The latest developments in IT, sensor technology and control technology have been integrated in the further development of the systems. As a company which now operates globally, we are firmly rooted at our location in southern Germany. Our employees are always close to both our national and international customers and their requirements.
