With our solutions in the field of Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR) you achieve an increase in production of your manufacturing processes and an increase in efficiency of intralogistics. For this purpose, we rely on driverless transport systems with a payload of 60 kg up to 1,500 kg. Among others, mobile robot systems of the manufacturers Omron and ABB are used.
Autonomous navigation enables maximum flexibility in route planning and mapping in mobile robotics. With the help of the fleet manager, you can monitor your autonomous material transport and analyse the collected production data.
Our AMR systems are available in a wide variety of designs, such as cart transporters, clean room versions, ESD models and with individual superstructures and supplementary systems. Our solutions are used in electronics production, manufacturing plants, logistics centres, the automotive industry, the pharmaceutical industry and medical technology.
Our range of services also includes mobile manipulators. Here we use our specially developed superstructures and controls for travelling collaborative robots (cobots). We use manufacturers such as ABB, Universal Robots, Omron and Fanuc, among others. With the help of the travelling robots, loading and unloading processes can be carried out on several machine tools, for example, or tasks can be taken over during transport.
