Special milling systems for the aluminum industry

Special milling machines may be required for the production of aluminum and semi-finished aluminum products. Mössner develops and builds customised special milling machines that are used in various process steps and applications.

With a power output from around 100 kW, these machines offer maximum efficiency and precision. Mössner not only supplies the system technology, but also the optimally matched tools – all from a single source, for maximum performance and reliability. With our special milling machine, a wide variety of machining processes can be carried out precisely and efficiently on aluminum ingots.

Our Mössner plate milling machines are used for the milling of aluminum plates. Here, panels with a width of up to 3,200 mm and lengths of up to 6,000 mm can be processed.
