We supply turnkey solutions for the fully automated aluminium plate production. With our bandsaw technology, aluminium plates can be produced in various thicknesses.

The cast slab/ blocks are supplied automatically, positioned and clamped. The blocks are separated into different sections through CNC programming. The saw band can rotate 90 degrees. Therefore, it is possible to perform cuts from two different directions.

The plates/ sheets are raised and stacked using large vacuum clamping plates. The stack of plates are then cut to the individual finished sizes.
