We developed a new line for decoring, sawing and deburring heat exchangers and water distributors for one of our customers. Our 3-in-1 decoring machine was used for this project. It combines the process steps of hammering, vibrating and turning in one machine. Our robust SSF 1000 robotic band saw is used to cut off the casting systems. One of our proven MP250 deburring spindles with a drive power of 11 kW is used for deburring.

An automated gripper changing system provides the necessary flexibility for changing between two workpieces.
