“This is quite a cool moment,” says Simon Lojewski. Simon works in technical sales and is there when the horizontal saw is commissioned by his colleagues from PLC programming. The saw makes the first cut on the aluminium block. Everyone looks forward to this moment with great anticipation and pride. Everyone has made their contribution to it and it is only through this performance and cooperation between the departments that we can deliver the perfect saw to our customers.

It took about 12 months between the sale and the project planning to the installation. The system is assembled and wired by the assembly and electrical departments at our site in Eschach. Subsequently, the programming is carried out by the colleagues from the PLC. After successful commissioning in Eschach, the machine is dismantled and shipped to the customer, where our specialists reassemble it and put it into operation.
