We develop and manufacture core handling systems that enable precise and efficient core removal and core insertion into the mould. We also offer core transport systems and core storage with cooling facilities as well as removal according to the FIFO method.
Deburring of sand cores is carried out with the help of robot-guided deburring tools. Individual sand cores are assembled to a core package in our core assembly department by robots and individual gripping systems. We develop specially sealed grippers for core coating.
